I’m almost embarrassed to show you this painting. I did this painting in college. I think the fish are fun, but the red, pointy borders are horrible!! Still, I portrayed different kinds of fish with light reflecting from them. The big fish at the top is scary and looks like he’ll eat you. I’m not quite sure why I put this one on the blog, and I’ll probably regret it, but what the heck.

Your subconsciousness is trying to tell you to drop that brush and go fishing. I would love to see what you paint after spending an early morning paddling through the mist on a high-mountain lake.

Oh, I remember this one! I’m glad you put it on here! I LOVE the different angles of the fish… I feel like I’m underwater at Mirror Lake! They really are so cool looking, and I love your added red in the painting!

I like this painting!

You have to put fish paintings on there because that is what you and Jared started painting in the first place. I like this painting, but I like my fish painting the best.

Interesting painting Tom!

It’s not the fish that are disturbing, it is their placement in a feminine torso that jars. The big fish takes over the face, those on the sides are the arm buds…. You figure out the rest.
I look forward to opening my email and seeing your work–a nice start to the day.
I have a lot of new work also; I wish we could get together. I’d value your opinion. When?
Love,
Rosemary
