Traci
Most of the portraits I do are from photos — people just don’t have time for sittings. In this case, I had Traci sit for me six or seven very short times. It was really relaxed and was a three-quarter view, meaning she was looking slightly sideways, not straight forward or a profile. I had the chance to just paint my emotions rather than trying to do a photo-realistic portrayal. The painting is impressionistic. I enjoyed doing it. Traci was a really fun model.
